For example, create a bot named it "Hello Bot" and providing the keywords such as "Hi", "Hello" & "Howdy" with comma separated (exclude " " during inserting the keywords) and lastly providing the reply message such as "Hi, #LEAD_USER_FIRST_NAME# how can I help you?"
